Place

The website is hosted in Switzerland, specifically with Microsoft Azure hosting, located in Zurich. The data are not transferred outside the territory of the Swiss Confederation.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING / LEGAL BASIS

The Data Controller processes data for the following purposes:

a) Activities strictly necessary for the User’s navigation on this website and to ensure its proper functioning. This processing is based on the overriding interest of the Data Controller in ensuring the correct usability of the website and the security of the data transmitted through it.

It should be noted that the IT systems responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These include IP addresses or domain names of users’ devices, URI/URL addresses of requested resources, request time, method used to submit the request, size of the response file, numerical code indicating server response status, and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment.

Responding to requests received via the “SEND YOUR REQUEST” contact form available on this website. Data are processed for pre-contractual purposes.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Purpose a): Data are retained until the end of the browsing session with reference to technical cookies. Please consult the Cookie Policy for further details. Data related to IT system maintenance are retained until the completion of the technical intervention.

Purpose b): Data are retained until the request is fulfilled. In the event of a contractual or commercial relationship, data will be retained for up to 10 years after termination of the relationship.

Purpose c): Processing is based on consent. Data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.

Purpose d): Login data for the customer area will be processed until termination of the relationship between the customer and Ticicom.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

The recipients of data processed through the website include:

  • employees and staff acting under the authority of the Data Controller (appropriately instructed);
  • third parties contractually bound to Vocalhum for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and achieving the processing purposes. These parties process data as Data Processors or independent Data Controllers.
  • service providers related to website operation, IT systems and telecommunications networks (e.g. hosting providers, webmasters, IT service providers);
  • consulting and support companies (e.g. web agencies);
  • competent authorities, upon legal request.

DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS

Pursuant to the LPD, the Data Controller recognizes the following rights:

  • to obtain rectification of inaccurate or outdated personal data;
  • to receive written and free information on whether personal data are being processed;
  • to withdraw previously given consent;
  • to prevent disclosure of sensitive personal data to third parties;
  • to obtain data portability or request transfer to third parties;
  • to request restriction or blocking of processing, prevention of disclosure, rectification or deletion of personal data;
  • to object to specific processing or communication to third parties;
  • to request annotation where accuracy cannot be proven;
  • to request notification of rectification, deletion or blocking to third parties;
  • to have unlawful processing declared.

Without prejudice to any administrative or judicial remedies, users may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner – FDPIC).
